exposition:  Percy is at school playing dodge ball when the team he is playing against turns into monsters that throw large flaming metal balls.

Rising action:  Grover is trapped and no one knows where he is. The thalia's tree is poisoned, they must find golden fleece.

Climax: Clarisse finds golden fleece, Percy gets grover, and they think it was Luke that poisoned the tree.

Falling action: Percy tricks Luke into giving himself up.

Resolution: They fix the tree.

Recommendations: I would recommend this book to anyone who has read the previous book. Someone who likes Greek Mythology. I really am not a fan of these types of books, but i thought i'd give it a shot.
