Fall is right around the corner! As the warmth of the day has slowly wilted away into the colder months, we should make sure to bundle up and keep warm!

Scruffy Owl Elementary Welcome
Welcome Students and Parents to a new school year at Scruffy Owl Elementary! We are pleased to see the happy faces of the many students from the past year and the new faces from this year as well.
Next Popcorn Friday: February 26th
Popcorn is $0.25 a bag or 5 General Mills boxtops. Limit three bags per student.
Prideful Owls
In January 2009, Scruffy Owl's PBS committee kicked off our Prideful Owl booster to review and reinforce our three school rules. The staff passed out special Panther Pats to those students who were
following our school rules of being safe, respectful and responsible in our school settings.
In addition, students were able to recognize classmates who were following the school rules by filling out a student reporting form. All of the Panther Pats earned went into a special drawing at the end of the month.
Two names were drawn from each classroom and those students had the
opportunity to have their handprints painted on a wall in our office!
