Yesterday
afternoon, a fire occurred in the abandoned church of Windrixville. The
people there to witness the fire were the grade two class Pickett Park
School. Officer T. Bactados found a cigarette butt at the crime scene
and he believes that, that was what caused the fire.
It all started when the grade two class of Pickett Park School took a
field trip near the church in Windrixville. Accompanying the class, was
Aimee O'Bryant, and Jerry Wood. Both of them are teachers at Pickett
Park. The main reason going there was to enjoy the sunny spring and
have a picnic on the fresh grass. The teachers told the kids that they
couldn't wander off. However, some kids decided to break the rules and
explore the surrounding area. It turned out that the abandoned church
was right next to their picnic area. Since the church was really old,
it was very fragile, and it could combust into flames easily. When the
fire occurred, Aimee O'Bryant came running to Jerry Wood and said this:
"I
heard screaming, so I did a head count and I noticed that 5 kids were
missing. They have been missing for over 30 minutes now. I'm terribly
sorry, I thought that they were on the hill."

Everyone was terribly worried, but out of the blue, 3 teenagers appeared. We found out the names of these teenagers. The names of the teenagers are, Dallas Winston, Ponyboy Curtis, and Johnny Cade. Ponyboy and Johnny ran inside the church by busting a window open and jumping through it. Jerry said he attempted to come with them, but he found the window to be too small for him. Johnny and Ponyboy looked around and found the kids trapped in one room all huddled up together. Once the kids were found, they handed the kids one by one to their other friend Dally. They were handling the kids through another window on the other side of the church. When all the kids were out, the roof was about to crash down on Johnny and Ponyboy. Luckily Ponyboy got out just in time, but Johnny didn't quite make it. He is resting in our local hospital, and he should get better soon.
On the ride to the hospital, Ponyboy explained to Jerry that him and his friends are just infamous Greasers. Jerry was shocked at this because it's not like a greaser to go out and save other kids. Jerry was very thankful for what they did and he said:
"You guys are some of the bravest kids we've seen in a very long time"
While Johnny was in the hospital, one of our reporters tried to talk to him. Johnny said he was glad he saved them, because the kids had more to live for than him. Johnny told us that he had a rough time at home, and we clearly saw that when he refused to see his mother in the hospital. Our whole newspaper company thanks the 3 teenagers, Dallas Winston, Ponyboy Curtis, and Johnny Cade and we wish all of them to recover from their injuries.

Ask Deleeyah!
Dear Deleeyah,
I am currently in a new relationship. I have been dating this guy for a week now. My parents told me, if I wanted to go out with someone, I would have get their approval first. Also, they would have to be the first ones to know. However, I didn't follow their rules. When I finally had the guts to tell them (which was a week after we started dating), they freaked out and grounded me for a week. I was really mad. Although, I'm not sure if I should get mad. Should I get mad at them, or should I just rock with it? Please help me Deleeyah, this one is urgent.

Dear Grounded,
I'm not really sure what to say. Although, I wanted to point our that you did somewhat lie. I honestly think that you should have told them first, or at least ask them if it was okay for you guys to start dating. I think that you should just follow what they say, because they are already mad enough, and you don't want them to get more mad right? Don't worry, in a week everything will be back to normal. So just go with the flow for now, and it will be all back in no time. Maybe, if you follow them exactly to what they say, they might even left you off a little early. Anyways, just do what's right, and good luck.
