Hoodlum Dies a Hero
Ponyboy shares with us that Johnny said "It's worth dying for those kids, they have more to live for." Dallas Winston could not bare Johnny's death and went delirious. He robbed the local Tasty Freeze and was shot dead by the police. May JohnnyCade and Dallas Winston our neighborhood heroes have a happy and peaceful eternal rest.
Last night, Greaser Johnny Cade dies from multiple burns. It was Sunday early afternoon, when a fire broke out in the old church up on Jay Mountain, Windrixville. The fire is to be believed to be started by a cigarette carelessly discarded. A group of church children were having a picnic on the hill. Some of the children wandered into the church when the fire started. Hoods Johnny Cade, Ponyboy Curtis, and Dallas Winston showed up to save the children. Johnny and Ponyboy broke down the door and dropped the children out of a window to Dallas.
After saving the children Johnny Cade had many burns and a broken spine. His buddy Dallas had burns on his arm, they were both rushed to the hospital. Ponyboy Curtis is I'm happy to say perfectly fine. After a day or two in the hospital Johnny Cade died Monday evening at 9:00pm, that was only yesterday.
There were four children in the fire. Their names are Sally Robinson age five, Mike Sprock age seven, Cade Louis age five and Carla Munkton age six. They were all in great condition. Carla Munkton's mother states " I was afraid I had lost my daughter in that horrible fire, but those wonderful boys saved her! Thank you so very much."

I am having trouble in school. I study for hours and hours and still fail my tests. HELP!
-Failure
Dear Failure
Do not give up on studying. To make it easier and more fun study with a friend or a parent. And remember don't leave studying to the last minute, always start at least a week before the test or quiz.

Dear Jane
My parents and I don't get along at all! They baby me way too much. I'm fifteen and my curfew is 9:00. Please give me some advice.
-Controlled
Dear Controlled
Maybe what you could do is do a big favor for them like cleaning the house. That way they will be in a good mood. You then have to tell them why you think you should have a later curfew.
