This Lullaby

Sarah Dessen
Quotes:
"Love is needing someone. Love is putting up with someone's bad qualities because they somehow complete you."
"I just thought to my self, all of a sudden, that we had something in common. A natural chemistry, if you will. And I had a feeling that something big was going to happen. To both of us. That we were, in fact, meant to be together."
"This lullaby is only a few words
A simple run of chords
Quiet here in this spare room
But you can hear it, hear it
Wherever you may go
I will let you down
But this lullaby plays on..."

Someone Like You
Climax - Dexter completely loses Remy's trust after a misunderstanding.
Falling Action - Remy realizes Dexter had no intention of hurting her and that it was all a misunderstanding. The misunderstanding turns out to be good in a way as well.
Resolution - Dexter got Remy, the girl of his dreams. Remy finally found a boy who changed her views. Remy goes off to college. Remy and Dexter continue to date.
Theme - I believe the over all theme of "This Lullaby" is it takes just one person to completely change everything. Everything happens for a reason.
